On Site Service

Description: For the duration of the warranty, signs will be serviced on location.

Key Benefits:

• Sign will be serviced on site.
• Limits downtime.
• Cost effective.

This type add-on must be obtained as part of the original order or within 30 days of system's commissioning.

Extended Warranty

Description: Is for a period of 12 months, which 'tags-on' at the end of the Standard Warranty.  In effect, it extends the Standard Warranty period to a full 24 months from date of supply.

Key Benefits:

• 24 month warranty - no charge for parts or labor (conditions apply).
• Based on an 'as-and-when' call out basis, however clients with an Extended Warranty will receive preferential servicing.
• Cost effective

This type add-on can be obtained within a limited time frame, of up to 60 days from date of us supplying the system.  

Combination Warranty

Description: As per the 'Extended Warranty', plus 'On Site Service'.

This type add-on must be obtained as part of the original order or within 30 days of system's commissioning.

Maintenance Contract

Description: Regular, on site inspection & servicing of the sign.  It is available for a period of either 24 or 36 months

Key Benefits:

• System will be inspected on a regular basis (e.g. every 4 months) and serviced if necessary.
• Onsite service automatically included.
• Free labor during scheduled inspections. The first hour labor for service call-out's requested by the client, in addition to those scheduled in the contract, will be free of charge.
• Replacement parts free (conditions apply).
• Service call-out's requested by the client, will receive preferential servicing
• Cost effective

A Maintenance Contract must be obtained while the system is under our Warranty.  

It is available for a period of either 24 or 36 months, and is paid biannually

The consequential costs, obligations & conditions detailed within our Standard Warranty, continue to apply.

Prices for the 'Add-On' options are calculated on a per system basis, taking the following factors into account:

Model type ; its accessibility ; its location in relation to our workshop/base.   

PED Signs reserve the rights to withdraw the offer to supply any of the 'Add-On' service options, if not purchased within the specified time frame from the date the system Supplied/Commissioned.
